Delete your Orange Baton account

In the app

Settings, Profile, Delete My Account, then confirm. It is the same on iPhone and Android, and the account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you can no longer use the app, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your Orange Baton account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and password, and the notification tokens of your devices.

Every organization you own, with its jobs, stages, workflow templates, batons and history.

Deleting the account does not cancel a Team subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, where you bought it.

What is kept

In organizations you joined as a member, the jobs stay with that organization: the batons you held go to its owner, and your name is removed from the history.

Server backups keep a copy for up to 7 days; after that it is gone from them too.
